No-Bake Fruit Cake

Ingredients for 4 people
1 cantaloupe
1 watermelon
1 honeydew melon
3 kiwis
50 cl of heavy cream
raspberries
blueberries
strawberries
sliced almonds

Step 1/2
Cut 3 thick slices from the center of the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Remove the seeds from the center of the cantaloupe and honeydew slices, replacing with kiwi slices of the same thickness. Stack the melon slices in alternating order until all 9 are on top of one another. Then, using a knife, remove the rinds from all the fruits - creating a tall cylinder. Remove the rinds and set aside.

Whip your heavy cream, then cover the cylinder of fruit. Decorate the top with raspberries and blueberries. Decorate the base with cubes of melon cut from the rest. Decorate the sides with halved strawberries. Then top it all off with sliced almonds. Cut slices, serve, and enjoy.
