Ingredients for 4 people

1 tbsp of butter

1/4 cup of corn

1 can of tuna

2 eggs

1/4 cup of milk

1 tsp of salt & pepper

1/4 cup of grated cheese

1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp of chopped parsley


Step 1/1

Melt some butter in a pan, add the corn and let cook for a few minutes. Flake the tuna and add it to the pan. Beat the eggs with some milk, salt and pepper, and pour it in the pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it cook covered. Remove the tortilla from the pan, sprinkle chopped parsley on top, add a few cherry tomatoes, serve and enjoy!
