Ingredients for 4 people

12 slices of sandwich bread

1/3 cup of sour cream

15 slices of smoked slamon

4 leeks

1/3 cup of heavy cream

1 ball fresh mozzarella

chives


Tools

Cling wrap

Rolling pin

Salad bowl


Step 1/4

Arrange the slices of sandwich bread in large 4x3 rectangleof ontop of cling wrap, overlapping them slightly. Flatten the slices with the rolling pin.

Step 2/4

Spread the sour cream over the bread, sprinkle with chopped chives, and cover with smoked salmon. Using the cling film, roll the rectangle into a tight log. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Step 3/4

Remove from the freezer and slice. Line the bowl with slices. Fry the chopped leeks with the heavy cream and add half to the bowl.

Step 4/4

Cover the leek with slices of salmon, put the ball of mozzarella on top and cover with the rest of the leek. Put a layer of smoked salmon on top and top the bowl with the remaining slices of the log. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F, turn out of the mold, sprinkle with chopped chives, and enjoy!
