Prep time: 20 minutes, Rest time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 6 people
4 cups of rice krispies
2.3 cups of green candy melts
1 banana
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of milk
Mixed berries
10 mini marshmallows
Mango candies
Tools
Egg carton
Cling wrap
Step 1/4
Begin by lining the egg carton with plastic wrap. Next, mix the rice krispies with 1 chef of green candy melts in a bowl. Once mixed, line the egg cartons with the mixture, filling each little crevice with banana and peanut butter. Cover with another layer of rice krispies, press down firmly, and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 2/4
To create the crocodile's tail, wrap a banana in plastic wrap, spread 1 chef green candy melts onto it, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Afterward, gently unmold the tail.
Step 3/4
To create the crocodile legs, dip 4 small cups in the remaining candy melts and then in ice water to set. Once set, remove from the cups and draw chocolate tips to resemble crocodile claws. Mix 1 chef of berries with 1 chef of milk in a blender. Pour the smoothie into the candy melt cups.
Step 4/4
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate. Use a toothpick to pry open the crocodile's jaw, then fill it with berries and mango candies. Cut mini marshmallows into small pieces and position them as teeth inside the mouth. Attach the tail at the end of the plate and add extra berries. Place two small cups of smoothie on either side of the crocodile's body. Finish by putting on the chocolate eyes. Serve and enjoy!
