1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
Yellow food coloring
Red food coloring
Blue food coloring
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Step 1/4
3 cups of flour - 1 tbsp of baking powder - 3/4 cup of butter - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar - 1 tsp of vanilla extract - 1 pinch of salt - 2 eggs
Mix 3 chefs of flour, 1 chef and 1 pig’s cup of powdered sugar, 1 hen of baking powder, 1 pig and 1 cat’s cup of cold butter cut into cubes, 1 chick of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and 2 eggs. Form a ball of dough.
Step 2/4
Yellow food coloring - Red food coloring - Blue food coloring
Divide the dough into 5 portions using the mouse’s cup measure. Add a knife tip of red, blue, and yellow food coloring to the first three portions respectively to color the dough. Add yellow and blue coloring to the fourth portion to make green dough and red and blue coloring to the fifth portion to make purple dough. Knead each portion.
Step 3/4
Form a 2 cm thick log with the purple dough, roll out the blue dough, and wrap it around the purple dough. Repeat the process with each colored dough to create a rainbow. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Step 4/4
3/4 cup of powdered sugar - 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Unwrap the log, slice it, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 °F. Mix 2 cats of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice until you get a smooth glaze. Place the glaze in a piping bag and pipe clouds at each end of the cookies. Let dry and enjoy!
