1 pig + 1 cat powdered sugar
2 hens water
1 egg yolk
salt
2 hershey’s milk chocolate bars
4 teddy bear graham crackers
1 egg white
sprinkles
Tools
Parchment paper
Rolling pin
Whisk
Spatula
Fork
Piping bag

Step 1/3
Mix 1 2/3 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 egg yolk, and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper, then cover with a second sheet of parchment paper and roll it out into a large rectangle. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
Step 2/3
Cut out 4 rectangles from the dough that measure 7x15 cm, then place on a baking sheet. Add 3 milk chocolate squares to the top half of each rectangle, followed by a teddy bear cookie. Fold up the dough to cover the teddy bear and tuck him in for bedtime. Make imprints around the edges of the rectangles using a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 320 °F.
Step 3/3
Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 egg white with a whisk, then add to a piping bag and decorate the teddy bear tarts with a white square for the blanket. Melt the remaining chocolate, place in a plastic bag, and cut off the bottom corner. Drizzle on top of the white squares, then cover with sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
