Ingredients for 4 people
2 avocados
1/2 lime
4 sprigs of chives
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of tomato paste
3 tortillas
1 black olives
1 pinch of salt
Tools
Cling wrap
Step 1/2
To prepare the guacamole, halve the avocados and remove the seeds, then scoop out the flesh and cut it into small pieces. Place the avocado pieces into a bowl and add salt, 1 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1 cup of chopped chives. Mix everything together and mash it up until you get a smooth consistency. Cover a bowl with plastic wrap, pour the guacamole into it, press it down gently, and cover with more plastic wrap.
Step 2/2
Pour 1 chick of tomato paste and 1 hen of olive oil in a bowl and mix them. Spread out a tortilla, brush both sides with the tomato sauce, and cut the tortilla into 16 equal parts. Repeat the process for the other 3 tortillas. Place the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F. Place the guacamole in a circular shape on a plate and cut black olive slices to form the eyes and mouth. Arrange the tortilla chips around the guacamole to create a sun shape. Serve and enjoy!
