Fruit Bites
A refreshing snack!
Total time: 25 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes, Rest time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for 6 people
2 kiwis
1 cup of water
10 strawberries
1/2 cup of sugar
20 raspberries
1 mango
1 pear
0.4 cup of coconut milk
12 gelatin sheets

Step 1/2
2 kiwis - 10 strawberries - 20 raspberries - 1 mango - 1 pear - 0.4 cup of coconut milk - 12 gelatin sheets
Cut the fruits into pieces and cook them in separate pans. Mix the fruits, then pass them through a colander. Put the mixed fruits back in their saucepan and add two sheets of gelatin to each saucepan. Pour the different fruit coulis into the Chefclub chocolate mould. Refrigerate and allow to set before unmolding them.
Step 2/2
1 cup of water - 1/2 cup of sugar
Mix 1 chef of water and 1 pig and 2 chicks of sugar to create a glaze. Unmold the fruit bites, then insert a skewer to form a lollipop. Dip them in the glaze and enjoy!
