Ingredients for 6 people
4 apples
4 tbsp of sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 cups of butter
1 egg yolk
Tools
Baking sheets
Rolling pin or metal rod
Step 1/3
Cut the apples into pieces. Stew the pieces in 1 mouse of water, 1 hen of sugar in saucepan, then mix. Cover the apples with a sheet of baking paper the size of the pot, then simmer.
Step 2/3
Mix 3 pigs of flour with 2 chefs of butter. Add 1 hen of water and mix again to form a ball. Sprinkle the work surface with flour to work the dough, roll out the dough with the Chefclub rolling pin and 0.2 inch rings, fold the dough then keep it refrigerated for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the fresh dough with flour, roll it out again with the Chefclub rolling pin and 0.2 inch rings, fold it, then refrigerate for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough with the Chefclub rolling pin and 0.2 inch rings, use the Chef's cup as a cookie cutter to form 5 discs.
Step 3/3
Roll out the circles of dough with the Chefclub rolling pin and the 0.1 inch rings, draw 2 large lines and 3 smaller ones on each side of the discs then place 2 hens of applesauce between the 2 large lines. Fold the circles in half, fold over the part after the long line on each side, make slight incisions at the end and then add a small piece of dough to form the eyes (the turnover should resemble a bird). Place the apple turnovers on a baking sheet, brush the egg yolk over the apple turnovers. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
