Ingredients for 2 people
Edible blue flowers
Rice noodles
Chicken breast
Cream
Parmesan
Black olives

Step 1/4
Begin by steeping edible blue flowers in hot water, then strain the flowers and use the infused water to cook rice noodles until they are tender. Set the noodles aside on a plate.
Step 2/4
Filet the chicken breast and flatten it under cling wrap. Cook the chicken until it is done, then use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to create alien body shapes.
Step 3/4
In a pan, combine cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the leftover chicken pieces to the sauce, allowing them to simmer until heated through.
Step 4/4
To serve, plate the cooked noodles and top them with the creamy chicken sauce. Place the chicken "aliens" on top of the noodles and add black olive slices for eyes. Garnish with cheese stars. Serve and enjoy!
