Ingredients for 6 people
1 puff pastry
2 cups of spinach
3 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1 log goat cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
4 black olives
olive oil

Tools
Pie pan
Step 1/3
Lay the puff pastry in the pie dish. Cook the spinach in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When the spinach has reduced, mix it with the cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Step 2/3
Pour this mixture into the pie and bake for 40 min at 350 °F. Cut the goat cheese log into 8 rounds. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4.
Step 3/3
Arrange the cheese slices on the oven-fresh pie, then place 2 cherry tomato quarters on each, attached at one end and opened at a 30° angle. Place half a black olive against the attached ends and draw dots on the tomatoes with balsamic vinegar. Plant 2 small sprigs of chives in each half-olive to make ladybug antennae. Eat before the ladybugs fly away!
