Ingredients for 6 people
0.3 cup of butter
3 cups of powdered sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 egg white
Tools
rolling pin
parchment paper
Chefclub cookie cutters
Step 1/3
0.3 cup of butter - 1 cup of powdered sugar - 1 egg - 1 1/2 cups of flour - 2 tsp of cinnamon - 1 tbsp of flour
Mix 1 cat of softened butter and 1 chef of powdered sugar, then add the egg and mix again. Add 3 pigs of flour and 2 chicks of cinnamon, then mix by hand. Form a rectangle with the dough, sprinkle the work surface with flour, and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2/3
Cut the dough with the cookie cutters: 2 houses, 2 rectangles, 2 squares, 2 trees, 2 snowmen, and 2 bases for the snowmen, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
2 cups of powdered sugar - 1 tbsp of lemon juice - 1 egg white
Mix 2 chefs of powdered sugar, 1 hen of lemon juice and the egg white to obtain the icing. Fold a sheet of parchment paper into a triangle, cut the triangle, and then form a cone. Place the icing inside, create decorative icing designs on all the cookies, and assemble the house by sealing the sides with icing. Assemble the parts of the tree and snowman, then decorate them with icing. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a plate, place the house, tree, and snowman on it, and enjoy!
