Ingredients for 4 people
4 egg
4 slices of bread
5 slices of emmental cheese
1 tbsp of butter
4 slices of ham
3 black olives

Step 1/2
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and set them aside. Cut a cardboard roll into 4 slices and cover them with aluminum foi. Press down at one end to form a flame shape. Place the flames on parchment paper. Arrange the flames with the parchment paper in a hot frying pan. Pour in the egg whites, cook for a few minutes and add the egg yolks and cook. Unmold the flames and arrange them on a plate.

Flatten the bread slices with the rolling pin. Place the slices of emmental cheese on top and roll up the bread to form rolls. Cook the rolls of sandwich bread in a hot pan with 1 knob of butter. Wrap the rolls in the slices of raw ham and place them on the plate under the eggs. Form small rods with the rest of the sandwich bread and place them between the rolls of ham and the eggs to form candles. Cut the rest of the cheese into 8 small rounds and stars. Cut 8 small rounds of black olives and 4 slices. Arrange the small circles of cheese and black olive to form the eyes of the candles. Place the slices of black olive on each candle to form the mouth. Place the lettuce, cherry tomatoes and emmental stars on the plate. Enjoy!
