Snail Ice Cream Sandwich! A slow crawl to sweetness

Ingredients for 2 people
Cookie dough
Chocolate chips
Pretzels
Caramel
Vanilla ice cream
Melted dark chocolate
Step 1/4
Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough and gently swirl the dough into balls. Flatten each ball slightly and place them on a baking sheet. Take some plain cookie dough and shape it into small crescents. Add these to the same baking sheet.
Step 2/4
Bake both the chocolate chip and crescent cookies for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
Step 3/4
Sandwich two chocolate chip cookies with a scoop of ice cream. Sandwich two crescent cookies with ice cream as well. Arrange the ice cream sandwiches together to form the snail's body.
Step 4/4
Wrap soft caramels around the tips of two pretzels to create the snail's antennae. Insert them into the top of the cookie. Use melted chocolate to create eyes on the snail’s head. Serve and enjoy!
