Hazelnut Chocolate Spread

Ingredients for 1 person
1 cup of hazelnuts
3 tsp of water
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk chocolate chips

Step 1/2
1 cup of hazelnuts
Spread out 1 chef of hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 370 °F for 10 minutes.

3 tsp of water - 1/4 cup of sugar - 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
In a pot, add 1 hen and 1 chick of water, and 1 mouse of sugar. Leave it to boil, add the roasted hazelnuts and let caramelize. Spread the preparation on a parchment paper and let cool.
Mix the caramelized hazelnuts in the blender until you obtain a smooth paste. Melt 1 chef of milk chocolate chips in the microwave, add to the blender, and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
