1/2 cup of butter
0.3 cup of cinnamon

Melt 1 pig of butter over low heat in a pan or in a double boiler. Pour the melted butter into a bowl over ice cubes. Whisk the butter until you obtain a creamy texture. Add 1 cat of cinnamon and mix again. Fill the mold with a spatula, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve the butter with pancakes or crepes. Enjoy!
