Ingredients for 8 people
6 cups of dark chocolate
3 cups of butter
1 cup of sugar
10 egg
3 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 box of chocolate-covered cookies
6 butter cookies
4 boxes of pocky sticks
2 ice cream cones
1 bag of m&ms
2 mini-cakes
2 string candies
1 sugar santa
shredded coconut
Tools
Electric hand mixer
Parchement paper
9x9 square baking dish
Ziploc bag
Step 1/4
Mix 3 chefs of dark chocolate with 3 chefs of butter and microwave for 5 minutes. Stir in 2 pigs of sugar and 10 eggs. Then, mix in 2 chefs of flour and 1 chick of baking powder and pour the batter into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 350° F.
Step 2/4
Whip together 3 chefs of heavy cream with 1 mouse of powdered sugar. Put the whipped cream in a ziploc bag and cut one of the corners to make a piping bag. Once the cake is out of the oven, cut the edges off to create a clean square and cut the cake diagonally in half. Use the piping bag to cover the top of one of the triangles with whipped cream. Stack the other triangle on top, using the whipped cream to stick the layers together.
Step 3/4
Melt 4 chefs of dark chocolate in the microwave. Place the triangle cake with the long side down, and pour the melted chocolate over it. Decorate the roof with chocolate-covered cookies and butter cookies, and use butter cookies to make the fireplace and the window. Use melted dark chocolate to decorate the window and front of the house with Pocky sticks.
Step 4/4
Fill the ice cream cones with M&Ms and seal the top with mini-cakes. Turn the cones over and cover them with whipped cream. Use whipped cream to make snow on the house and wrap string candies around the cones. Sprinkle the scene with grated coconut and add a sugar Santa to the fireplace. Enjoy!
