Ingredients for 3 people
12 mackerel fillets
Garlic
Dill
Parsley
2 tbsp of soy sauce
4 tbsp of anise-flavoured spirit
1 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of mustard
1 tbsp of chefclub vegetable spice mix
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Cling wrap

Step 1/3
Take a mortar and rush the parsley, dill, garlic and salt together. Put this preparation between the two fillets. Place on cling wrap and make 6 rolls. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 2/3
Heat a large frying pan, pour the anise-flavored spirit, add the soy sauce, honey and mustard. Mix well with a spatula. Remove the cling film and add the mackerel. Remove the skins.
Step 3/3
Cook the potatoes, drain, oil, spice and mash on a baking sheet using a large glass. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Serve with the fish and enjoy!
