Press pie dough into the cups of a muffin tin, shaping it to form mini pie shells. Fill each shell with layers of stuffing, pumpkin purée, cranberry sauce, and shredded turkey. Cover each filled shell with a circle of pie dough, sealing the edges by folding them. Bake until golden brown.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, serve with cranberry sauce and enjoy!
