Grilled Cheese Dippers

Ingredients for 4 people
pizza dough
mozzarella
10 slices of sandwich bread
olive oil
basil
garlic
salt & pepper
tomato
prosciutto

Step 1/3
Sprinkle parsley on top of a sheet of pizza dough. Lay another sheet of dough on top and use a rolling pin to roll and stick them together. Place the mozzarella balls in the middle of the sheet, wrap the dough over the balls, and mold it into a large ball. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/3
Brush the bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle them with parsley, garlic, and salt and pepper. Top one third of the slices with tomatoes, another third with prosciutto, and the last third with basil. Stack the slices, alternating type of toppings.
Step 3/3
Press the stack down and insert 4 skewers in each corner. Cut the stack around the skewers to create 4 long dippers. Lay them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Cut the top off of the mozzarella ball, dip the skewers in the melted cheese, and enjoy!
