Step 1/2
Place small cooking rings on the grill, sprinkle shredded cheddar and sliced vegetables inside. Allow the cheese to melt and harden. Set aside.
Step 2/2
Cook the ribs in foil, remove the bones, wrap in bacon, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with crushed pecans. Press the bones into the sides of the ribs. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with the cheese tuiles and enjoy!
