Fried Chicken Cake
A centerpiece of stuffed chicken and mashed potatoes!

Ingredients for 4 people
mashed potatoes
16 slices of ham
8 chicken breasts, flatten
12 slices of swiss cheese
flour
eggs
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil, for frying
1 plate
1 medium bowl
1 small bowl
Step 1/4
Spread half of the ham slices on the baking tray, cover them with the chicken breast, top with a layer of Swiss cheese, and finish with a layer of the remaining ham.
Step 2/4
Cut out 3 circles from this overlap using the plate and bowls as cookie cutters. Finely chop the scrapes and form into small mountains. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Step 3/4
Dip each piece into flour, then beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 4/4
Build the cake by covering the largest circle with mashed potatoes, then the second circle, followed by more mashed potatoes, then the smallest circle, finish with the 3 mountains.
