Ingredients for 2 people
3 egg
1 tbsp of butter
2 hashbrowns
2 sausage patties
2 slices of cheddar
1 tsp of chives
1/4 tsp of paprika
2 slices of texas toast
3 cups of pancake batter
12 slices of bacon
Bbq sauce
Step 1/2
Cook your hashbrowns and sausage patties. set to the side. Whisk the 3 eggs and cook in a hot pan with melted butter. In the center of the omelet begin to stack the hashbrown, sausage, BBQ sauce and cheddar. Add some paprika and chives. Fold in all sides. Place on your toasted texas toast.
Step 2/2
Have your frozen pancake balls ready and baked off in the oven. Wrap with bacon slices and then place back in the oven to continue the cooking process until golden brown. Serve with the sandwich and enjoy!
