Ingredients for 8 people
16 mini burger buns
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
3 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
3/4 cup of parsley
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
0.7 lb of ground beef
0.7 lb of ground pork
1 cup of melted butter
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
16 mini mozzarella balls
1 egg
Vegetable oil

Step 1/3
Mix the ground beef, ground pork and breadcrumbs. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and egg until well combined. Make 16 meatballs. Place a small mozzarella cube in the center of each meatball. Wrap it in a bacon strip then stick in a toothpick to secure. Fry and add melted butter until nicely cooked.
Step 2/3
Take 3 tomatoes and cute an x at the top to stick in a garlic clove. Drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper and place in oven for 40 min at 350°F. Take 1/2 cup of chopped parsley and 1 tbsp garlic and place on a surface. Take a butter stick and cover it in the herb mix and melt it. Once the butter is melted, place all buns on the butter. Brush some butter on a tray.
Step 3/3
Take a shot glass and press into the center of each bun to make space for the ingredients. Fill the space with shredded mozzarella and tomato sauce (from pressed roasted tomaotes). Add the bacon wrapped meatballs and some shredded mozzarella between the meatballs. Bake 7-10 minutes to melt the cheese. Top with remaining parsley. Serve and enjoy!
