2 block cheddar cheese
macaroni pasta
cream cheese
salt & pepper
bleu cheese
fried onions
parsley
green onion
parmesan
hot sauce
2 spoons

Step 1/2
Heat one edge of each of the blocks of cheese using a skillet. When melted, press the two melted sides together to form a large square. Use a small bowl as an outline to cut out a crater with the knife.

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water, but do not drain the water. Add 1/4 cup of the pasta water to the crater in the cheese block. Add 1 tbsp of cream cheese and 1 cup of the macaroni. Use two spoons to mix the ingredients in the cheese crater. Use the spoons to scrape cheese from the side of the cheese crater. When well mixed and to the desired cheesiness, place in the serving dish. Add topping such as bleu cheese, fried onions, green onions, or hot sauce. Enjoy!
