Crepe Cake

Ingredients for 6 people
2 cups of flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of milk
10 fl oz of custard
2 1/4 cups of mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup of powdered sugar
4 1/4 cups of whipping cream
raspberries
blueberries
cocoa powder
Tools
Tall glass
Plate
Electric hand mixer
Step 1/4
Combine the flour, eggs, and sugar and add the milk, stirring to make a crepe batter. Bake 10 crepes and stack them. Using the glass, cut a disc out of the middle of each pancake.
Step 2/4
Fill the glass with custard, place a plate upside down on top and flip it over with the glass so that it's upside down on the plate.
Step 3/4
Whip the mascarpone, icing sugar, and whipping cream together. Place a crepe on the plate, with the glass through its hole. Spread a layer of whipped cream on the crepe and then cover it with another crepe. Repeat with all the crepes.
Step 4/4
Dust the last pancake with cocoa powder and decorate the side of the cake with raspberries and blueberries. Remove the glass to release the custard and enjoy!
