The Buzzing Hive Pie
The Buzzing Hive Pie! With a beeswax cake stand 🐝🍯

Ingredients for 4 people
2 puff pastries
2 bags of beeswax
Oil
4 apples
4/5 cup of heavy cream
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 1/2 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of honey

Step 1/4
Wash the pebbles, brush them with oil and spread them in a spring form pan. Flatten a puff pastry on top, place parchment paper, then a second springform pan to flatten.

Cut the apples into 8 and place them in the springform pan. Pour the honey, add the butter and the cinnamon over the apples. Prick the second puff pastry and place it on the apples. Bake for 30 minutes at 390°F.
Step 3/4
Unmold the two puff pastries. Remove the pebbles from the puff pastry. Pipe some honey into a few holes of the puff pastry. Whip the heavy cream with the honey. Pipe the whipped cream over the apple tart tatin, then cover the tart with the honey puff pastry.
Step 4/4
Melt the wax in a pan. Fill a large bowl with water and ice cubes, then place a cup in the center of the bowl. Pour the melted wax into the cup to create a stand, then continue pouring it around to create a base. Allow to cool and carefully remove from the water. Pour the remaining melted wax into the ice water to form a large disk. Allow to cool and carefully remove from the water. Place the large disc on the base to create a cake stand. Place the pie on top and enjoy!
