shredded cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
1 lb of ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic gloves, minced
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of mustard
2/3 cup of ketchup
1/2 tsp of worcestershire sauce

1 tsp of chili powder
salt & pepper
1/3 cup of water
Tools
Drinking glass
Step 1/3
On a hot pan, generously sprinkle grated parmesan cheese in a large cross, then cover with shredded cheddar cheese. When the cheese starts to bubble, place half a burger bun in the center of the cross. When the cheese is crispy, use a spatula to take off the cheesy bun and place it on an upside-down glass letting the cheese strips hang. Repeat with the remaining buns.
Step 2/3
Cook the ground beef in a skillet, when almost cooked, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions, garlic, and meat are cooked. Add the tomato paste, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, water, salt, and pepper, then cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3/3
Fill one bun basket with the sloppy joe meat. Top with the second bun basket to form a cage. Enjoy with fries and a side salad!
