Total time: 50 minutes
Ingredients for 6 people
2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of butter, melted
2 tbsp of milk
4 eggs
2 bananas
2 tsp of baking powder
2 cups of dark chocolate
2 cups of milk chocolate
2 cups of white chocolate
seasonal fruit
Step 1/3
For the Banana Cake: Peel the bananas and mash them in a salad bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, melted butter and milk. Then add the eggs and mix again. Pour the dough into the cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 350 °F - if you do not have time to make a banana cake you can always use a store-bought one.
Step 2/3
When the cake comes out of the oven, and has cooled, cut off the top of the cake. Dig 3 square holes in the cake and cut the removed cake into sticks.
Step 3/3
Melt white, milk and dark chocolate separately and fill each cavity with chocolate. Enjoy the fondue by dipping the cake sticks and fruit in the melted chocolate.
