Step 1/3
Cut out a semi-circle from two cakes, layer them with buttercream, and place them between two additional cakes. Coat everything with buttercream.
Step 2/3
Craft a ballet stage using fondant in the cake recess, sprinkle cocoa powder on the fondant surface. Use white fondant to create stage curtains, secure them with toothpicks, and decorate with edible gold dust.
Step 3/3
Pipe candy melts onto rice paper to form ballerinas, refrigerate to set, and place them on the fondant stage. Combine leftover cake with buttercream, mold into ballet slippers, chill, and dip in pink candy melts. Arrange them atop the cake, add fondant bows and ribbons. Add small lights. Serve and enjoy!
