Ingredients for 8 people
Cake batter
White beans
Pecans
Chocolate chips
Milk chocolate
Coffee beans
Egg whites
Brown sugar
Coffee extract
Vodka
Espresso
Ice cubes

Step 1/4
Place a bowl at the center of a cake tin and pour the cake batter around it. Fill the bowl with uncooked white beans. Scatter pecans and chocolate chips over the cake batter. Bake the cake until it's fully cooked.
Step 2/4
Remove the bowl, then pour melted chocolate into the resulting cavity and brush it along the inner sides. Pour some melted chocolate onto a flat surface and garnish with coffee beans. Let it set.
Step 3/4
Combine egg whites with brown sugar and coffee extract, beating until stiff peaks form. Pour this mixture into the center of the baked cake.
Step 4/4
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, ice cubes, and an espresso shot. Shake well and pour over the egg white mixture. Sprinkle crushed pecans and caramel sauce over the cake. Serve with the chocolate and coffee beans bark. Enjoy!
