Ingredients for 6 people
1/3 package of spaghetti
3 eggs
2 cups of parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup of sour cream
6 slices of swiss cheese
1/4 cup of blue cheese
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1 ball fresh mozzarella
7 slices of prosciutto
14 cherry tomatoes
basil
oregano
pepper

Step 1/3
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain. Mix the pasta with the eggs, 1 cup of parmesan, and pepper. Add to the springform pan and press the salad bowl into the pasta to hollow out the middle. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/3
Mix the remaining parmesan with the sour cream and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour this mixture into the pasta. Place the slices of swiss cheese and crumbled blue cheese on top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Finally, place the mozzarella ball in the center. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
Remove from the oven and arrange the slices of prosciutto and cherry tomatoes on the pasta cake. Add basil leaves, sprinkle with oregano and serve.
