Total time: 40 minutes
Ingredients for 10 people
3 pizza doughs
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup of pesto
4/5 cup of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of ham, diced
2 slices of prosciutto
1 log goat cheese
2 slices of ham
4 slices of swiss cheese
olive oil
chives
oregano
salt & pepper
Tools
Springform pan
Ramekin
Baking dish
Parchment paper
Step 1/4
Spread the ricotta on one pizza dough, the pesto on another, and the tomato sauce on the last. Arrange the diced ham on top of the ricotta and sprinkle with chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the dough from opposite sides until they meet in the middle. Cut in the middle to separate the rolls and cut them into small triangles. Arrange the triangles in concentric circles in the springform pan around the ramekin in the center. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/4
Place the slices of prosciutto on the pesto pizza and roll as you did with the previous pizza. Cut in the middle to separate the rolls, leaving them attached at one end. Cut the goat cheese log into 4 pieces. Split the 2 rolls of dough and place 1 piece of goat cheese at the intersection and cross the logs to wrap the cheese. Repeat with the other 3 pieces to make a pizza braid.
Step 3/4
Place the slices of ham and swiss cheese on the pizza with tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano. Roll the dough into a large log. Cut the log into 8 pieces, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Place these sections on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the goat cheese braid and bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 4/4
When removed from the oven, fill the ramekin with tomato sauce, sprinkle with chopped chives, and enjoy the pizza dipped in sauce.
