Ingredients for 5 people
3/5 cup of butter
3 egg
3/4 cup of sugar
5 chocolate breads
1.3 cups of whipped cream
1 3/4 cups of dark chocolate
1 cup of white chocolate
Red food coloring

Step 1/4
Melt 0.8 cup of dark chocolate and the butter. Add the sugar and the eggs, mix well, then incorporate the sifted flour. Bake 1 hour at 265°F. Allow to cool, unmold and set aside.
Step 2/4
Cut the chocolate breads in 2 and place a cake mold in the center of a plate. Place the halves of chocolate breads around the mold. Melt the dark chocolate, pour it between each chocolate bread to stick them together. Remove the mold in the center of the chocolate breads. Pipe the whipped cream into the chocolate breads and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3/4
Cut a plastic sheet protector in a circle the size of the cake pan. Melt the white chocolate, mix half of the white chocolate with the half of dark chocolate, mix half of the remaining white chocolate with natural red food coloring. Trace kisses in white chocolate, milk chocolate and pink chocolate on the plastic sheet protector circle. Place the plastic sheet protector circle in the bottom of the mold, pour the dark chocolate over it, spread it over the entire bottom of the mold and place the chocolate fondant cake on top. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 4/4
Unmold the chocolate fondant and place it in the center of the chocolate breads. Pour the rest of the dark and white chocolate around the cake and enjoy!
