Over-the-Top French Fries

Ingredients for 6 people
1 tablespoon tex mex spice mix
french fries
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon tex mex spices
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle of beer
1 cup of chopped scallions
1 cup of cooked bacon, diced
barbecue sauce, for garnish
ranch dressing, for garnish
mustard, for garnish
ketchup, for garnish
mayonnaise, for garnish
hot sauce, for garnish
blue cheese dressing, for garnish
honey mustard, for garnish

Step 1/3
Place the French fries on a tray lined with parchment paper. Fold the edges of the fry container up and tape them in place. Repeat the fold and taping for each container.
Step 2/3
In a pan, cook the ground beef, tomato sauce, spices and cook until the tomato sauce is reduced. Place the meat on top of the fries and set aside.
Step 3/3
In a saucepan, combine shredded cheese and beer. Cook until the cheese is completely melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the fries and meat. Garnish with scallions and bacon. Fill the fry containers with the condiments. Dip the fries and enjoy!
