Ingredients for 4 people
1/2 cup of whiskey
4 potatoes
1 cup of cornstarch
Oil
3 lbs of ground sausage
10 slices of cheddar
4 tbsp of caramelized onions
2 tbsp of spices
2 cups of pancake batter
2 cups of egg
1 tbsp of chives

Step 1/4
Take the spiralizer and cut the potatoes. Soak in water for 5 minutes and then drain. Add in the cornstarch, a splash of whiskey and mix. Place in a metal strainer and add a metal bowl on top. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2/4
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the metal bowl upside down on the baking sheet. Mix the breakfast sausage with the spices and divide in 2. Roll out each quantity between two greased pieces of parchment paper. Place the cheddar cheese and caramelized onions on the first disk and then seal using the second disk. Place on the bowl and bake until golden brown.
Step 3/4
Heat the muffin tin in the oven. Rub butter over the tin. Add in your pancake batter to half of the tins. Add the whisked eggs and chives in the other half ofthe tins. Bake until done.
Step 4/4
Place potato nest on a serving platter. Add the sausage bowl. Fill with the mini pancakes and omelets. Serve and enjoy!
