Fried Rice Cake

Ingredients for 6 people
30 slices of bacon
3 eggs
3 carrots
2 cups of peas
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
4 cups of cooked rice
canola oil
soy sauce
sesame oil
14 babybel cheese
scallions
Step 1/3
Line the baking dish with bacon slices, with the bacon hanging over the sides of the dish. Cook the rice in salted, boiling water and scramble the eggs.
Step 2/3
Peel and dice the carrots, and fry them with peas, chopped onion, garlic clove, and a drizzle of canola oil. When the vegetables are cooked, add the rice to the pan. Cut the scrambled eggs into small pieces and add to the rice mixture. Mix in sesame oil and soy sauce.
Step 3/3
Place half of the fried rice in the baking dish and arrange the Babybel ยฎ in a line in the center. Add the chopped scallion around the Babybel and cover with the rest of the fried rice. Fold the slices of bacon over the top to close the dish, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 ยฐF. Cut into portions and enjoy!
