Ingredients for 5 people
3 1/2 oz of white chocolate
9 oz of ladyfingers
7 oz of mascarpone
1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
0.3 cup of powdered sugar
3 1/2 oz of milk chocolate
Coffee
1/2 vanilla bean

Step 1/3
Melt the white chocolate and spread it on a plate. Dip the base of the cake pan into the white chocolate and lift it up. Use your fingers to create little spikes. Place the mold in a large bowl so that the white chocolate continues to drip and refrigerate.
Step 2/3
Make a whipped cream by beating the mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla bean together. Unmold the white chocolate plate and set aside. Skewer 9 ladyfingers together and dip them in the coffee. Place them inside the cake pan, on the sides. Repeat the process until the entire inner part of the mold is lined with ladyfingers. Place a layer of whipped cream, a layer of ladyfingers with coffee, another layer of whipped cream and finally 4 ladyfingers on top. Refrigerate.
Step 3/3
Unmold it. Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over everything. Place it on a plate, add the white chocolate decoration on top and enjoy!
