Eggs Benedict Brunch
An easy recipe to whip up for an impressive breakfast in bed!

Ingredients for 2 people
10 eggs
6 slices of bacon
3 muffins
5 tbsp of butter
1 1/4 cups of hollandaise sauce
1/2 cup of milk
parsley

Step 1/4
On a parchment-lined sheet tray, cook the slices of bacon, then cut them into small pieces.
Step 2/4
In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Put pieces of plastic wrap into ramekins, then oil them. Pour the egg and milk mixture equally into the ramekins. Seal the plastic wrap and drop them into boiling water, cooking the eggs for 7 minutes.
Step 3/4
In a pan, brown the muffins with butter. Remove the plastic wrap and place the eggs on the muffins. Heat the hollandaise sauce and pour it on the eggs.
Step 4/4
Sprinkle bacon bits and chopped parsley on top, then enjoy.
