Apple Pear Tart

Ingredients for 6 people
3 apples, different colors
3 pears
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of ground almonds
1/2 cup of butter
1 pie crust
vanilla ice cream
caramel sauce

Step 1/3
Halve the apples and pears and cut each half into very thin slices. Align the slices, overlapping them slightly to make 12 fanned strips.
Step 2/3
Make the marzipan: Mix the eggs, sugar, almond powder, and butter and spread the marzipan on the pie crust laid in the pie pan.
Step 3/3
Arrange the fruit strips on their side in the marzipan, sticking them together, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 ยฐF. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
