Step 1/4
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place in the oven at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
Step 2/4
Mix the melted butter, chopped garlic and chopped parsley and brush the slices of bread with it. Dice the slices of bread.
Step 3/4
After removing the potatoes from the oven, cut off the tops horizontally and remove the flesh. Dice the removed flesh. Wrap half a slice of bacon around half of the cubes. Place the diced potatoes and bread in the oven-safe dish.
Step 4/4
Place the hollowed-out potatoes on the dices. Stuff 2 potatoes with grated cheddar cheese, 2 others with brie cheese and the last 2 with raclette cheese. Pour beer in the cheddar potatoes, white wine in the raclette potatoes and génépi in the last ones. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 °F and enjoy by dipping the cubes of bread and potatoes in the melted cheese.
