Total time: 40 minutes
Ingredients for 10 people
4 pizza doughs
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated
48 cherry tomatoes
5 slices of ham
1 wheel camembert cheese
8 slices of bacon
24 fingerling potatoes
16 mushrooms
24 leaves of basil
32 cocktail sausages
16 black olives
olive oil
oregano
rosemary
1 circular cake pan
parchment paper
1 pastry brush
24 skewers
Step 1/4
Cut 2 pizza doughs into 5 strips of the same width. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on each and place 8 cherry tomatoes on half of them and the slices of ham cut into strips on the others. Roll all the strips up lengthwise to form a sausage roll. Place the camembert with the bottom of its tin in the middle of the cake pan lined with parchment paper. Wrap the rolls around the camembert, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/4
Precook the potatoes for 15 minutes in salted water and drain them. Wrap 3 potatoes in a slice of bacon by passing the bacon over and under the potatoes. Secure with a skewer. Do the same with all the potatoes and bacon slices. Add a sprig of rosemary to each skewer.
Step 3/4
Make 8 other skewers by alternating 1 mushroom, 1 basil leaf, 1 cocktail sausage, 1 basil leaf, 1 cherry tomato, 1 basil leaf, and then 1 mushroom. Cut the remaining pizza dough into 8 strips. Wrap 3 cocktail sausages and 2 black olives in a strip of dough by passing it over and under the sausages and olives. Secure with a skewer.
Step 4/4
Arrange all skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. When they come out of the oven, stick the skewers around the dough sticks to form a sun. Decorate with sprigs of rosemary, remove the top of the camembert and enjoy by dipping the skewers and rolls in the melted cheese.
