Stuffed Spaghetti Cake
No noodle twirling required.

Ingredients for 4 people
2/3 package of spaghetti
7 fl oz of tomato sauce
2 1/4 cups of parmesan, grated
3/4 lbs of ground beef
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 balls fresh mozzarella
olive oil
parsley, chopped
salt & pepper

Step 1/4
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain, and mix in 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, the parmesan cheese, and the eggs.
Step 2/4
Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and make 4 meatballs. Fry the meatballs with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3/4
Line the bottom of the loaf pan with 1/3 of the spaghetti and arrange the meatballs on top. Cover the meatballs with another 1/3 of the spaghetti, place the mozzarella balls on top, and cover with the remaining spaghetti.
Step 4/4
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Flip the loaf pan to demold the cake, cover with tomato sauce, slice, and enjoy!
