Meaty Potato Balls
A new take on beef and potatoes 🥔🥩

Ingredients for 6 people
6 potatoes, peeled & cooked
1 cup of parmesan, grated
1/2 lb of ground beef
3/4 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of bechamel sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated
parsley
salt & pepper

Step 1/3
Mash the cooked potatoes with the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 balls, place them in the casserole, and use the shot glass to make holes in each ball.
Step 2/3
Mix the beef with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and form 6 meatballs. Place each meatball in the holes of the mashed potatoes.
Step 3/3
Spread the tomato sauce over the meatballs and pour the béchamel sauce between the potato balls. Add the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
