Cauliflower Pizza
Whoever said gluten free is taste free needs to try this!

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
1 cauliflower
1 tsp of corn flour
3 eggs
1 cup of tomato sauce
3 slices of ham
1 ball of mozzarella
12 black olives
oregano
basil
parsley
salt and pepper
Step 1/3
Chop the cauliflower into very fine pieces, then add to it the eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix well. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper make a disc with the cauliflower mix, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/3
Once cooked, add a layer of tomato sauce on your cauliflower pizza base. Then add on top the oregano, ham, sliced mozzarella and black olives.
Step 3/3
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
