Step 1/3
Mix the flour, yeast, butter, milk, egg and 4 tbsp of sugar until you obtain a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut the dough into 3 parts and form strips of brioche dough. Peel a banana and wrap the brioche dough around the peeled banana. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, sprinkle it with sugar then set it aside on a plate. Repeat the process to have 3 banana fritters.
Step 2/3
Fill a bowl with water, put it in the freezer for 2 hours to obtain a half-sphere of ice. Unmold the half-sphere of ice cream on a grill above a baking sheet. Melt the dark chocolate, the white chocolate, the milk chocolate, pour the melted dark chocolate over the half-sphere of ice and let it set. Draw lines of melted white chocolate and melted milk chocolate with your fingers on the dark chocolate shell.
Step 3/3
Unmold the chocolate shell from the ice, place it on a plate, pour the rest of the melted dark chocolate inside the shell, pour the rest of the melted white chocolate and melted milk chocolate in a spiral. Form a pattern by drawing lines in one direction and then the other in the melted chocolate using a skewer. Lightly stir the dark chocolate shell to form a spiral of melted chocolate. Place the banana fritters around the chocolate shell on a plate and enjoy!
