S'mores Cheesecake

Ingredients for 8 people
1 box of graham crackers
1/3 cup of butter, melted
1/4 cup of sugar, for crust
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of chocolate, melted
1 cup of mini marshmallows
4 packages of (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 chocolate bars
10 large marshmallows

Step 1/3
In a bowl, crush 2 cups of graham crackers and mix with the melted butter, sugar and salt. Press the crackers into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate in the center of the crust and spread, leaving 2 inches of the base exposed. Cover the chocolate with mini marshmallows and set aside.
Step 2/3
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract and mix together until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs and mix well. Pour the filling into the pan, smooth the top and place the pan in a water bath. Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
Cut the chocolate bars, graham crackers and marshmallows into small diamond shapes. Unmold the cheesecake and place a piece of chocolate in the center, followed by graham cracker and marshmallow to form a cube. Repeat until the surface of the cheesecake is covered. Enjoy!
