Spaghetti Omelet

Ingredients for 2 people
1/3 lbs of spaghetti
1 cup of bacon, diced
1/2 cup of parmesan, grated
6 eggs
1/2 cup of mozzarella, grated
parsley
Tools
Baking tray
Parchment paper
Step 1/3
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain. Fry the bacon and add the pasta to the pan when it is well browned. Mix well and add the parmesan cheese.
Step 2/3
Beat the eggs then pour them into the pan over the spaghetti, season with salt and pepper and leave the omelet to cook, covered, for a few minutes.
Step 3/3
Roll the omelet on itself and place it on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cut into wedges, and enjoy!
