Ingredients for 4 people

Pineapple

Maraschino cherries

Cake batter

Powdered sugar

Heavy cream

Cherry juice

Ice cream


Step 1/2

Remove the pineapple from the skin, keeping the skin intact. Cut the pineapple skin into rings. Fill each ring with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and cake batter. Top with another slice of pineapple. Bake the filled pineapple cakes until they are fully cooked.

Step 2/2

Place each cake face up on a plate. Whip powdered sugar with heavy cream and cherry juice to make a topping. Pipe the topping next to the pineapple cakes. Serve the cakes with a scoop of ice cream and a maraschino cherry on top. Enjoy!
