Ingredients for 4 people
1 salmon
1 pineapple
Bacon
Teriyaki sauce
Bell peppers
Onions
Salt & pepper
Old bay seasoning
Parsley
Butter
Tools
Cling wrap
Step 1/3
Pour boiling water over the salmon in order to remove the skin. Make incisions in the flesh. Place pieces of bell peppers and onion into the cuts. Coat with teriyaki sauce and season with salt. Remove the flesh from the pineapple and leave the skin intact. Roll the salmon and place inside the rind. Place some butter on top and season with pepper. Bake until done.
Step 2/3
Create a bacon weave and place on top of cling wrap. Coat the pineapple and bacon with teriyaki. Wrap the bacon around the pineapple. Roll in old bay seasoning. Stuff the pineapple with the cooked salmon and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 3/3
Ut the pineapple in half and sprinkle with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
